These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Okay Broker website, trading platform, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Okay Broker ("we", "us", "our"). By registering or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
- You must not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited.
- You must not be on any government sanctions or watch list.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Know-Your-Customer (KYC) & AML
We may require identity verification documents before allowing deposits, trading or withdrawals. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, refusal of withdrawals or account closure.
4. Platform Usage Rules
- Use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
- Do not use bots, scripts or automated systems that we have not explicitly approved.
- Do not attempt to exploit pricing errors, latency arbitrage or bonus abuse.
- One account per person; multi-accounting is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
- Using stolen payment methods or third-party funds.
- Fraud, chargeback abuse or misrepresentation.
- Manipulating the platform, market or affiliate/referral system.
- Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
6. Deposits, Trading & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited once confirmed by the payment provider. Trades are executed at the prices displayed at the time of order. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit where possible, subject to compliance checks. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund rules.
7. Fees
Applicable fees for deposits, withdrawals, inactivity or premium features are published in your account dashboard and may change with notice.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, freeze funds, or refuse any transaction if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity or a regulatory obligation. Where lawful, remaining balances after any deductions will be returned via the original funding method.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, trademarks, price data and interfaces on the Services are owned by Okay Broker or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party payment, KYC, analytics or hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party terms or outages caused by third parties.
11. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimers
Trading binary options and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Prices can move rapidly against you and you can lose all invested capital. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okay Broker, its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Okay Broker from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Okay Broker is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
