Refund & Service Policy

This Refund & Service Policy explains how deposits, withdrawals, refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled on Okay Broker. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Our Services

Okay Broker provides an online trading platform for binary options and related financial instruments, plus paid services such as funded-account challenges, VIP membership and premium tools. Trades executed on the platform are financial transactions and, once placed, are generally non-reversible.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits are credited to your trading account once confirmed by the payment provider.
  • Minimum deposit amounts and available methods are shown in your account dashboard.
  • You must deposit only from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • We may hold or reject deposits pending KYC/AML checks.

3. Withdrawals

  • You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to available (non-traded) balance.
  • Withdrawals are returned to the same method used to deposit where possible.
  • Standard processing time: within 24 hours for approval; the payment network may add 1–5 business days depending on method.
  • Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC is incomplete or the request is flagged for review.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Un-traded deposits

If you deposited funds and have not placed any trades, you may request a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of the deposit. Payment provider or network fees are non-refundable.

4.2 Traded funds

Once funds are used to place a trade, they represent the result of a financial transaction and are not refundable. Losses incurred through trading are not eligible for refund.

4.3 Paid services (funded challenges, VIP, add-ons)

Paid services are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided the service has not been used (e.g. no trades placed on a funded challenge, VIP features not accessed). Once the service has been used, the fee is non-refundable.

4.4 Duplicate or erroneous charges

Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full upon verification.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any subscription or recurring service from your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; already-paid periods are not pro-rated unless required by law.

6. Processing Times

  • Refund request review: within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds initiated: within 5 business days.
  • Time to appear on your card/wallet: additional 1–10 business days depending on provider.

7. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to support@okaybroker.com with:

  • Registered email address on your account.
  • Transaction ID and date.
  • Payment method used.
  • Reason for the refund request.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before opening a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and legal action to recover funds.

9. Fraud, AML & Non-Compliance

We reserve the right to withhold, reverse or refund a transaction if we detect fraud, money laundering, sanctions issues, bonus abuse or a breach of our Terms. Such actions are taken in accordance with applicable law.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure or third-party outages may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for missed trading opportunities during such periods.
