Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

Okay Broker Funded provides simulated trading environments ("evaluation" and "funded" accounts). All trading activity takes place on simulated market data. Nothing on this site constitutes brokerage, investment advice or an offer to sell securities.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our service is prohibited.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first payout.

3. Challenge rules

• Each challenge has a published profit target, daily drawdown and max drawdown.
• Breaching any hard rule terminates the challenge without refund.
• Hedging across accounts, arbitrage against real markets, and use of latency exploits are prohibited and result in immediate termination.
• Only one active account per person is permitted unless expressly authorised.

4. Fees and refunds

• Challenge fees are one-time and are payable in crypto.
• Fees are refunded together with your first successful payout after becoming funded.
• Failed or breached challenges are not refunded.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases can be refunded within 7 days if the account has not been traded.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are processed on request from a funded account, subject to the minimum trading days and profit rules.
• Payouts are sent to the wallet address you register in your profile. It is your responsibility to keep it accurate.
• We may delay or withhold a payout pending fraud, KYC or hedging investigation.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Sharing accounts, credentials or IPs across multiple traders.
• Automated trading not disclosed to us in advance.
• Attempting to game demo/simulated pricing feeds.
• Fraud, chargebacks or use of stolen payment credentials.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. In serious cases (fraud, hedging rings, stolen funds) all balances and outstanding payouts may be forfeited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in-app; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
