Refund Policy

1. First-payout refund

When you become funded and receive your first successful payout, the fee you paid for the corresponding challenge is refunded in full and added on top of that payout.

2. 7-day satisfaction guarantee

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• The account must not have opened a single trade.
• Refunds are returned in the same crypto asset you paid with, minus network fees.

3. Non-refundable cases

• Failed challenges (rules breach, missed profit target).
• Accounts terminated for hedging, fraud or account-sharing.
• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase where the account has traded.

4. Duplicate or accidental payments

If you pay for the same challenge twice by accident, contact support with your TXID and we will refund the duplicate within 3 business days.

5. How to request a refund

Submit a ticket on our contact page with subject "Refund request" and include your order ID.
